School Counselor

ProCare Therapy is searching for a qualified School Counselor in Lake Oswego, OR that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2023-2024 school year. Job Description

• This is a Full-time, onsite school-based position at 37.5 hours per week. You will be working with high school students. 
• You will to provide support and counsel to students to ensure social, emotional, and academic growth. 
• You will communicate effectively with students, families, teachers, administration, etc.
• You will provide affective education and support to students and staff as a counselor, including leading small groups, supporting positive behavior efforts, providing student recognition, providing community referrals as necessary, and leading 504 processes.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in School Counseling required 
• OR School Counselor License  
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
